WorkHaven Terms of Use
By downloading or using WorkHaven (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility & license
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Next Sizzle grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app in accordance with Apple’s App Store terms and these Terms.
User content
You may submit ratings, tips, or similar community content as implemented in the app. You retain your rights in what you submit; you grant Next Sizzle a license to host, store, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or reverse engineer except as permitted by law.
- Do not submit unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or misleading content.
Spot information & third-party data
Place information may come from Apple Maps, user contributions, or other sources. Hours, amenities, and availability change. Next Sizzle does not guarantee accuracy of third-party points of interest or user-submitted content.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of locations and amenities is at your own judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Sizzle and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the app or reliance on spot information.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Sizzle from claims arising out of your content or misuse of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or operational reasons.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Riverside County, California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the WorkHaven Privacy Policy.
