WorkHaven Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how WorkHaven (“the app”), developed by Next Sizzle, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the app.
Information we collect and store
- On your device: Data you create or save in the app—such as spots you browse or save, ratings, tips, filters, and preferences—may be stored locally using Core Data.
- iCloud / CloudKit: When you are signed into iCloud and sync is enabled as implemented in the app, some of your user data may sync across your Apple devices using CloudKit in the private database associated with your Apple ID (
iCloud.com.nextsizzle.wh). Apple operates iCloud; we do not receive your Apple ID password. - Location: If you grant permission, we access location while you are using the app to center the map, show distances, support discovery, and related features. You may deny location; certain features may be limited.
- Maps & discovery: The app uses Apple Maps–style local search and related platform services to discover and display places. Enriched details may be supplemented server-side where we have configured such services. Those providers process requests according to their own policies.
- Push notifications: If you opt in, we may send notifications you configure or that the app supports (for example, updates about spots). You can manage notifications in iOS Settings and in-app Settings.
How we use information
- Provide app features (browse, search, map, spot detail, sync, discovery).
- Maintain and improve reliability and performance.
- Communicate with you via notifications only as permitted by your choices.
Sale of personal information
We do not sell your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as described in typical “sale” definitions. If our practices change, we will update this policy.
Analytics and crash reporting
If we enable analytics or crash reporting tools in a future version, we will describe them here and update this policy before or when they go live.
Children’s privacy
WorkHaven is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
